Having enjoyed Mags' classes for a couple of years now, I initially joined the 12 week Body Confident Mama Project because I liked the sound of the tailored workouts. As a busy mum working full-time I wanted to increase the amount of exercise I was doing but needed to do it in a way that was convenient and would fit around my life and working hours. I thought I already knew what I needed to do regarding my nutrition, I just needed more will-power. As it turns out, the nutrition and lifestyle advice has been the most valuable part of the programme for me. It has changed my mind-set and the way I think about food. I have been amazed at how easy it has been to get results and I have not felt restricted or pressured. The advice is practical and realistic, and the support and accountability that is created by being a part of a group really makes a difference. I have lost weight, feel stronger, more confident and have a lot more energy. The best part is that the changes I have made are so achievable that they have continued past the end of the 12 weeks. Highly recommend the programme for anyone who wants to take steps towards a healthier life but wants to do it in a way which is truly sustainable and can fit around our busy lives.
